Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Michigan is hiring licensed estheticians to deliver signature facials, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels in a modern, guest‑focused environment. You’ll build relationships, educate clients on home care, and help grow our membership and product sales while maintaining pristine treatment rooms and supporting a collaborative team.

Availability 25–35 hours weekly with evenings and weekends required; full-time or part-time roles available with employee discounts, PTO,

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Esthetician License required.
• 1-2 years esthetics or salon experience preferred.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, and brow tinting preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Availability of 25-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments, including Signature Facials, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, chemical peels, brow waxing, and brow tinting.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and guide their skincare journey.
• Educate clients on home care and recommend professional skincare products.
• Grow our membership community through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment with high sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a team that supports one another and delivers exceptional client care.
• Meet service, retail, and membership goals while creating outstanding guest experiences.

• Holds a current Esthetician License in the state of Michigan (required).

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Esthetician License (required)
• 1-2 years esthetics or salon experience (preferred)
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, and brow tinting (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability of at least 25-35 hours per week
• Evening and weekend availability required
