Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Michigan invites passionate estheticians to join our growing skincare brand. As a Skin Expert, you will perform signature facials and advanced treatments, while guiding clients through their skincare journeys.

You will educate on home care, recommend professional products, and help grow our membership community through outstanding service. This role requires license and flexibility for evenings/weekends, with opportunities for career growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Esthetician License required.
• 1–2 years esthetics or salon experience preferred.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, and brow tinting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Evening and weekend availability 25–35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of facial treatments, including Signature Facials, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels.
• Build relationships with clients and guide their skincare journeys.
• Educate clients on home care and recommend products that deliver results.
• Support membership growth through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and equipment with high sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client care.
• Meet service, retail, and membership goals while ensuring a superior guest experience.

• Holds a current Esthetician License in the state of Michigan (required).
