Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Coral Springs, FL is seeking Licensed Facial Specialists with a passion for skincare and a strong sales mindset. The role offers a fast-paced environment with a broad Esthetics program including facials, LED therapy, peels, and waxing.

Candidates should be prepared for nights and weekends and a competitive compensation plan. We provide health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits, plus paid training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience of 5 years required.
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED - Enjoy a flexible schedule!
• Retail sales experience!!!
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and other skincare services offered.
• Carry liability insurance and adhere to licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
