We are seeking Licensed Estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians have the opportunity to build treatment plans incorporating these progressive options. You can develop repeat business through our membership model. Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will be vital in creating an outstanding customer experience. We handle appointment bookings and supply all necessary materials, allowing you to focus on the client. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals outlined by spa management
• Create a positive experience for members/guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
