We are seeking Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skincare, including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians enjoy building treatment plans for clients that may incorporate these progressive options. Professionals can develop repeat business through our membership model.

Estheticians are a key part of creating an outstanding customer experience. Your skincare expertise and product knowledge are vital. We handle appointment bookings and supply all necessary materials so you can focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
2. Design and prescribe treatment plans aligned with clients' skincare goals
3. Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
4. Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
5. Create a positive experience for members/guests through friendliness and helpfulness
6. Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships
7. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:

1. Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
2. Must carry liability insurance
3. Knowledge of all spa services and product lines related to Estheticians
4. Weekend and early evening availability
