We are seeking Licensed Estheticians interested in a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest skincare advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians have the opportunity to build treatment plans that may incorporate these progressive options, fostering repeat business through our membership model. Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will be vital to creating an outstanding customer experience. We handle appointment bookings and provide all supplies, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided via Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests through top-level treatments
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans aligned with clients’ skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals set by spa management
• Create a positive experience for members/guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
