We are seeking Licensed Estheticians interested in a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest advancements like LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Our Estheticians enjoy building treatment plans that incorporate these progressive options, fostering repeat business through our membership model.

Estheticians are vital in creating an outstanding customer experience. Your skincare expertise and product knowledge are essential. We handle appointment bookings and provide all supplies, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is available via Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level treatments
2. Design and prescribe treatment plans based on skincare goals
3. Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
4. Achieve sales goals outlined by management
5. Create a positive experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful service
6. Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships
7. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
