We are seeking Licensed Estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments with the latest advancements in skincare, including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians have the opportunity to build treatment plans incorporating these progressive options, fostering repeat business through our membership model.

As a key part of our team, your skincare expertise and product knowledge will contribute to an outstanding customer experience. We handle appointment bookings and provide supplies, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is available through our Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level treatments
2. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans aligned with client skincare goals
3. Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
4. Achieve sales goals set by spa management
5. Create a positive experience for members and guests through friendliness and helpfulness
6. Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships
7. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:
