Qualifications
- Active Florida Electrical License in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and electrical codes.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to safely lift equipment, climb ladders, work outdoors, and perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Experience with backup power systems, transfer equipment, solar, battery storage is a plus but not required; paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, and service work.
- Install electrical panels, transfer equipment, and specialty electrical systems.
- Diagnose and complete residential electrical service calls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Complete job documentation accurately and efficiently.
