Job summary

Generator Supercenter, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Master Electrician to lead and complete electrical projects sold by the company, ensuring work is performed to code and to Generator Supercenter's standards.

You will review job folders, trace wiring, troubleshoot, assist in load-testing generator packages, read wiring diagrams, and coordinate installation activities for power generation systems. This on-site position emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and collaboration with team members and

Qualifications

• Must have previous electrical experience, some on-the-job training is available
• High School Diploma or GED
• AC and DC electrical experience is a plus
• Must have a working knowledge of the licensed wireman position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
• Must promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
• Good people skills with the ability to communicate well with others
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Register your license with the appropriate municipalities, counties, townships, etc
• Trace wiring and troubleshoot problems
• Assist in load-testing generator packages
• Assist in other phases of preparation and setting of power generation equipment and products such as trenching, piping, mechanical components, and civil assembly for setting power generation packages
• Electrical technician - ability to read wiring diagrams
• Have a clear understanding of AC/DC WIRING as it pertains to duties
• Perform proper installation of all electrical equipment required to complete the fabrication of projects (i.e. brackets, conduit, wiring, end devices, panels, etc
• Be proficient with measuring and electrical testing equipment
• Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
• Perform other duties as assigned
