Job summary

REDGUARD is seeking a Licensed Electrician in Wichita, Kansas, responsible for the installation, repair, and testing of electrical systems for modular buildings. The candidate will ensure compliance with safety codes and manage the assembly and installation tasks under the guidance of the Production Manager.

Ideal candidates should have a valid electrician's license and 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work. This role includes working in various environments and using hand and power tools to complete projects.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid electrician's license.
• Over 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of various voltage electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems.
• Inspect systems for defects and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Plan and install electrical equipment according to job specifications.

Skills

Commercial/industrial electrical experience

Knowledge of electrical systems (12V, 24V, 120V, 277V, 480V)

Ability to read blueprints

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Hand and power tool usage

Education

Valid electrician's license

5+ years of experience in electrical field
