Qualifications

• Master Electrician license as dictated by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50 lbs+.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, etc.).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Review maintenance records to create proactive inspection and PM schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Explain complex information clearly; work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
