Responsibilities include electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, plus reading blueprints and coordinating with crews to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Valid CT E1 or E2 electrical license is required.
• Residential wiring experience, preferably multifamily.
• Strong NEC and local code knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical documentation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to support accurate execution.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work.
• Support project timelines and assist with operational concerns in the field.
