Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services Inc. is seeking a Certified Electrician to lead electrical installations for solar systems and energy storage at residential properties.

You will perform wiring, battery installs, and panel upgrades while adhering to NEC codes and safety requirements. The role requires a Journeyman license, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work on rooftops and in various environments.

Qualifications

• Electrical installation and repair experience required.
• Experience with wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
• Experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels preferred.
• Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification or equivalent per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect solar arrays to the grid at residential properties.
• Ensure workmanship and code compliance for all electricians' work.
• Complete solar battery installations as assigned.
• Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
• Safely plan and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU).
