Alliance Group is seeking an experienced, full-time licensed Lead Electrician based in Essex Junction, VT to join our growing Electrical team. This is a field-based role responsible for electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including electrical service calls and installation in a commercial/industrial setting.

Applicants must have 4+ years of electrical experience, an active Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical experience required.
• Driver’s License required
• Active Electrical License required (Journeyman's or Master's)
• Knowledge of Build-Ops platform desired
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently
• High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity

• Energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team play
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Must maintain a company vehicle

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour
