Job summary

Cuhaci Peterson® is seeking a Licensed Electrical Project Engineer to lead design and coordination of electrical building systems for diverse projects in the Orlando area. You will work with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and adherence to codes and standards.

Qualified candidates hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, are a licensed PE, and have 5–8 years of progressive electrical design experience across building types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Active PE license required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive electrical design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical building systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding and low‑voltage systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to establish scope, schedules and deliverables.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and technical studies.
• Support project administration, RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company design standards.
