Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and federal standards.

Aufgaben

• Perform electrical engineering duties for design, evaluation, and documentation of electrical systems for federal projects.
• Develop constructible, code-compliant designs and propose minor adaptations as needed.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Assist with project documents and monitor scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines and project teams.
• Communicate project progress with managers; interact with federal clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Perform process design calculations and analyze engineering data for feasibility.
• Enter and maintain project information in Olsson’s project management systems.
• Diagnose and resolve design issues and support QA/QC processes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers as assigned.
