AM Technical Solutions, Inc. seeks Professional Licensed Electrical Engineers to join our team.

You will design building and equipment power distribution, lighting, and controls with a focus on cleanrooms and advanced laboratories for semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. The role requires a PE license, 6–10+ years of electrical design experience, and strong collaboration with project teams, utilities, and authorities having jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Active PE license in Electrical Engineering required.
• 6-10+ years of electrical engineering design experience.
• Cleanroom or Laboratory design experience.
• Strong English writing for specifications, reports and memos.
• US Citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Experience with power distribution, scheduling and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Engineer electrical distribution systems from MV to LV.
• Design robust distribution systems including switchgear and substations.
• Coordinate service requirements with utilities and AHJs.
• Prepare drawings and BIM with CAD/REVIT throughout design stages.
• Develop electrical room layouts to support processes and safety.
• Perform power system studies (short circuit, arc flash) using ETAP/EasyPower/SKM.
• Create construction specifications and design for electrical equipment.
• Travel up to 25% (international and domestic).
