Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE licensure with ability to obtain in Idaho.
• 12+ years of experience in building electrical systems design.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70), voltage drop, arc flash, short-circuit, and load flow calculations.
• Experience with electrical equipment specification, vendor submittal reviews, and field coordination.
• Site punch walks and construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering and design for facility power distribution, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communication systems.
• Supervise designer work, provide technical leadership, and perform quality reviews of design packages.
• Prepare technical specifications and bid/construction documents; serve as Electrical discipline lead or QC reviewer.
• Collaborate with owners and contractors and support construction activities on site.
• Participate in proposals and deliver proactive solutions to client challenges.
