Qualifications

• RD credential required (CDR)
• Licensed Dietitian in relevant state
• Minimum 1 year experience as Registered Clinical Dietitian preferred
• Ability to complete validation and competency testing
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Remote work may be required based on need and volume
