Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for 4–8 hours per week at a behavioral care facility. You will complete clinical nutrition assessments, collaborate with the care plan team, provide nutrition education, and handle MD consults within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Nutrition education.
• Completing MD consults within 48 hours.
• Signing menus (twice a year).
• Inspecting kitchens weekly for temperatures, expiration dates, glove use and hairnet compliance.
• Preparing weekly test trays.
• Completing a monthly report.

Nutrition that Works, LLCis seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. Our opportunity is serving a behavioral care facility, located in Winston Salem, NC for 4-8 hours/week. Preferred schedule Monday-Wednesday-Fridays few hours each day.
