Lever, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our Mobile Clinic team in New Brighton, MN. You will deliver essential preventive care and patient education with a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.

The role requires Minnesota licensure, active CPR, local anesthesia/nitrous oxide certification, and proficiency with Open Dental. Travel to community sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene.
• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist License.
• 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to travel and work at community sites as needed.
• Familiarity with Open Dental and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Assess and document patient conditions, collaborating with the dental team.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental and other software.

• Assess and document patient conditions, collaborating with the dental team for optimal treatment plans.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Open Dental and other dental software.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Travel as needed to support community sites, which may include driving a company vehicle or personal transportation when necessary.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene.
• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist License.
• 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under a signed Collaborative Agreement following state and company regulations.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Open Dental software, Microsoft Office, and other necessary systems.
• Valid driver’s license (based on clinic location) and willingness to travel as needed.
