The role offers a Mon-Thurs schedule with no evenings or weekends, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality oral health education to the community.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing or eligibility via credentials.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Local anesthesia/N2O certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planing.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified.
• Take and develop dental X-rays and assist in AI-based diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety compliance.
• Train on advanced scope of dental hygiene practice and utilize all skills in a well-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing or ability to apply in MN via licensure through credentials
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Local anesthesia/N2O certification preferred
• Valid state driver’s license
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English

$42 - $49 an hour
