Apple Tree Dental in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Dental Hygienist to provide patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care in a private, non-profit center with a state-of-the-art facility. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing or licensure via credentials.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Local anesthesia/N2O certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified.
• Take and develop dental X-rays and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Train on advanced scope of dental hygiene practice and utilize all skills in a well-paced environment.

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planing
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified
• Take and develop dental X-rays & use AI for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Train on advanced scope of dental hygiene practice and utilize ALL your skills in a well-paced work environment

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing or ability to apply in MN via licensure through credentials
