Oms-Specialists- in New Brighton, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant to join our established oral surgery team. This role offers a fast-paced clinical setting, teamwork, and opportunities to expand skills in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

You will assist surgeons, prep rooms, support patients, maintain documentation, and ensure infection-control standards. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, with a schedule Monday–Friday, day shifts, and paid

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Required
• Oral Surgery experience – Preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Assisting surgeons during a variety of oral surgery procedures
• Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Supporting patients before, during, and after procedures
