Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant to join a private oral surgery practice in New Brighton. You will work in a fast-paced clinical setting, assist surgeons, prepare rooms and equipment, and support patients before, during, and after procedures.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork, and a patient-focused approach to high-quality care. In-person, day-shift scheduling with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Assistant – Required
• Oral Surgery experience – Preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Assisting surgeons during a variety of oral surgery procedures
• Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Supporting patients before, during, and after procedures
• Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Following sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Working closely with your clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently
