Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is partnering with a private oral surgery practice in New Brighton, MN to hire a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA). This role focuses on assisting surgeons in a fast-paced setting, preparing rooms and equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation.

In-person, day shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. The ideal candidate is a licensed dental professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a patient-focused

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Required.
• Oral Surgery experience – Preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting surgeons during a variety of oral surgery procedures.
• Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, and equipment.
• Supporting patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Following sterilization and infection-control protocols.
• Working closely with your clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently.
