Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with state-mandated training for licensure or registration.
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate preferred; relevant education or experience.
• State certifications/licenses as required for radiographs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience and address patient needs.
• Prepare treatment areas, maintain sterile environments, and assist doctors.
• Take X‑rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure ADA-compliant infection control.
