Camp Smile Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Plymouth, MN is hiring a Licensed Dental Assistant to join a fun, patient‑centered team. The role offers growth opportunities in pediatric dentistry, with Ortho opportunities described and a full‑time schedule.

Hours are Tue/Thu 7:30am–4:30pm and Fri 7:30am–12:30pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k Safe Harbor, PTO, holidays, and sick time. New grads welcome and a competitive pay package is offered.

Qualifications

• MN State Dental Assistant License is required.
• Ability to thrive in a busy pediatric dental setting.

Responsibilities

• Present the patient to the doctor and prepare treatment area.
• Clean the patient's teeth and apply fluoride.
• Take, expose, and develop digital radiographs.
• Record and maintain clinical notes in the patient chart.
• Restock supplies and uphold OSHA infection-control standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present the patient to the doctor
• Clean the patient’s teeth
• Fluoride applicationTake, expose and develop digital radiographs (bitewings, panoramic)
• Record and maintain clinical notes in the patient chart
• Provide hygiene and diet education
• Take impressions
• Restock supplies in rooms and sterilization area
• Infection control & maintenance of OSHA guidelines
• Participate in office community service projects
• Other duties as assigned
