Silver Lake Dental seeks a Licensed Dental Assistant to team with Dr. Theresa Snell, Dr. Devon Blob and Dr. Kelsey Utech. You will bring energy, compassion, and excellence to our patient-focused practice in Minnesota.

Responsibilities include chairside assistance, chart notes, room preparation, sterilization, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional care to patients. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license.
• Organized, reliable, and enjoys helping patients feel at ease.
• Great communicator who works well with patients and team.

What does a typical day at Silver Lake Dental look like?

• Arrive at 7:30 am Monday through Thursday for set-up and preparation for the day and our 7:45 am huddle. We see patients starting at 8:00 am.
• Assist the doctor chairside with efficiency and care, and make accurate and detailed chart notes
• Prepare rooms and instruments, and support your team with sterilization
• Assist your team with other duties that help us continue to deliver exceptional care to our patients
