Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Fairmont, MN is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join a patient‑focused dental team. The role supports dentists with chairside care, X-rays, and patient education, while maintaining a clean, infection-controlled clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols.
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
