PK’s Christian Learning Site 2 in Illinois is seeking an experienced, caring Director to lead our childcare program. You will oversee daily operations and support staff to create a safe, nurturing environment for children, families, and team members.

You will ensure compliance with Illinois licensing requirements, communicate professionally with families, and promote the health, safety, and developmental learning of all children.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Previous leadership or director experience preferred.
• Must meet Illinois requirements for a Daycare Director.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
