Downtown Boulder Partnership in Dallas, TX seeks a Licensed Customs Broker to ensure CBP compliance and oversee the customs clearance process. You will guide clients on HTS classification, valuation, and duty minimization, while coordinating with import operations to ensure timely entry filings.

The role requires maintaining a valid U.S. Customs Broker License and leading staff training on regulations and best practices. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. Customs Broker License is required.
• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance.
• Strong understanding of CBP regulations, HTS classification, valuation, and trade programs.
• Experience with ABI software and electronic filing systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance systems.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all brokerage activities in accordance with CBP regulations and use of HTS classification and trade programs.
• Maintain active U.S. Customs Broker License and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with import operations to ensure timely, compliant entry filings.
• Guide clients on documentation requirements and compliance best practices.
• Train staff on customs regulations and process updates.
