Minimum Requirements

• Education: MSW, PsyD, PhD, or M.A./M.S. in behavioral health with clinical emphasis from accredited programs
• Licensure: Active license in NC (e.g., LCSW-A, LMFTA, LPCA, LCMHCA, LPA, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC)
• Experience: At least 1 year in Behavioral Health or Social Services

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant private workspace
• Provide support to individuals in crisis over the phone
• Build rapport and engage clients effectively
• Assess and mitigate risks, document interactions accurately
• Provide resources, referrals, and safety planning
• Intervene during emergencies as needed

Training and Schedule

Six-week paid virtual training program, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST. Post-training, schedules are developed in coordination with the scheduling department, with flexibility for holidays and weekends.
