Integrity is seeking an Associate Advisor Relationship Manager in Des Moines to serve as a day‑to‑day contact for advisors, coordinate requests, and resolve service issues. You will partner with Advisor Relationship Managers, custodians, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution and a seamless client experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, brokerage operations, an RIA, broker‑dealer, custodian, or clearing firm environment.
• Experience supporting financial advisors or client relationships strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with custodial or clearing platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing, or similar platforms preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65) preferred but not required, depending on assigned responsibilities.
• Experience with CRM, workflow, account management, or wealth management technology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned advisors and internal business partners.
• Build trusted relationships with advisors by providing responsive, accurate, and professional support.
• Manage routine and moderately complex advisor inquiries, escalating higher‑risk or more complex matters to an Advisor Relationship Manager or leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain awareness of open advisor requests and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolution.
• Proactively communicate status updates, next steps, and potential service issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce advisor friction and improve the overall service experience.
• Partner with senior team members on complex or escalated advisor matters.
• Develop a strong understanding of advisor needs, business models, and service expectations.
