Job summary

TLC, The Treatment and Learning Centers, is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our Rockville outpatient team. We welcome social workers and counselors dedicated to relationship-based care for neurodiverse individuals and families.

This role offers counseling across the lifespan and collaboration with psychologists, SLPs, OTs, and educators within a seasoned nonprofit. TLC serves 2,000+ individuals yearly and emphasizes holistic, strengths-based care.

Qualifications

• Maryland license in social work or counseling (LCSW-C, LCPC or LGPC) is required.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
• Support children, adolescents, adults, and families with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and life-transition concerns.
• Work with neurodiverse individuals including autism spectrum disorder and ADHD.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators.
• Participate in interdisciplinary consultation and treatment planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in case conferences and ongoing professional development.
