Job summary

TLC, The Treatment and Learning Centers in Rockville, Maryland, is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our interdisciplinary outpatient team. We welcome social workers and counselors who are passionate about providing high-quality, relationship-based care to neurodiverse individuals and their families.

The position offers counseling across the lifespan while collaborating with psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educational diagnosticians,

Qualifications

• Current Maryland license or permit in LCSW-C, LCPC or LGPC.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, client-centered care.
• Experience with children and families (preferred).
• Experience with neurodiverse individuals (preferred).
• Experience with play therapy, CBT, or family therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, family, and group counseling services.
• Supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and life-transition concerns.
• Working with neurodiverse individuals including autism, ADHD, learning differences, and executive functioning challenges.
• Collaborating with psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educational professionals.
• Participating in interdisciplinary consultation, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Engaging in case conferences and professional development.
