Job summary

A community organization is looking for a Licensed Counselor for the Crestview Mobile Response Team. This position will provide daytime hybrid support and crisis intervention in Northwest Florida. Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and a valid Florida license. Two years of relevant experience with mental health and substance abuse disorders is required. Salary range is between $56,672 to $62,800 annually with additional pay for Mobile Response Team members.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years’ experience with individuals having mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Experience in providing integrated mental health and substance abuse services.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality client-centered therapeutic services.
• Conduct assessments and safety planning.
• Manage client risk, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
