Job summary

Cascade Community Healthcare in Washington state is seeking a Licensed Counselor (Clinician III) or Associate Licensed Counselor (Clinician II) to join our care team. The role focuses on intake assessment, treatment planning, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy within our program.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, coordinating with schools and community partners, and maintaining accurate records while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling or the social sciences required.
• Must be licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) or have Associate License credential (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA).
• Must pass WA State Patrol background check at hire and annually thereafter; a national background check may be required if not lived in WA the last three years.
• Must comply with agency policies and procedures.
• Must maintain current phone number and mailing address on file with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provides intake assessment and treatment planning for assigned clients.
• Completes intake assessments and treatment plans within the timeframe set by the agency.
• Reviews treatment plan goals with the client and tracks progress in the clinical record.
• Provides individual, family, group therapy, and case management as appropriate.
• Meets with clients to ensure progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinates treatment services with schools and other agencies; responds to phone calls within one business day.
