Job summary

Care Navigators Inc in Illinois is seeking a licensed counselor to join our growing team and provide compassionate mental health care to individuals and families in a remote setting. You'll deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while connecting clients to community resources.

Qualifications

• Active license in Illinois required (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health or behavioral health setting
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clinical documentation
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Empathetic, client-centered approach with a commitment to cultural competency
