YOUR ROLE AS A LICENSED COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR:

In this full-time position, you'll lead engaging classroom and clinic experiences using the Paul Mitchell curriculum, helping students build technical ability and professional confidence. You'll mentor them throughout their journey, preparing them for graduation and State Board licensure, while offering thoughtful, growth-focused feedback. From monitoring progress to maintaining compliance standards, you'll help create an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Active Georgia Cosmetology license
• Georgia Instructor license or willingness to obtain
• Professional salon experience with verifiable references
• Passion for mentoring and education
• Ability to verify licenses and credentials
• Authorized to work in the United States
