We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. With over 1500 locations across the US, all within Senior Living Environments, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Schedule & Requirements

• Part-time, 2-3 days a week (additional days available)
• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the US (no sponsorship)
• 6-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of cosmetology services: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, roller sets
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services to enhance satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage social media to promote services and share transformations
• Deliver excellent hospitality in a welcoming environment

Experience & Skills

• Proven cosmetologist experience
• Strong guest service skills and rapport building
• Experience with seniors, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs is a plus
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail

Additional Information

• Follow all safety guidelines per state, federal, and CDC regulations
• Physical ability to walk, reach, stand for 6 hours, and lift/move 50 lbs.
