Job summary

Arcadia Valley Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Coolville, OH is seeking a licensed cosmetologist to work as an independent contractor in our facility. Nursing home experience is preferred but not required, and flexible hours are available.

You will schedule residents for hair services, maintain shop equipment and sanitary conditions, and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and wellbeing in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist in Ohio (required).
• Experience in nursing home/long-term care settings preferred.
• Flexible part-time hours and independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule residents for and provide hair care services.
• Maintain beauty shop equipment in good working order.
• Maintain sanitary conditions per state/local regulations for beautician/barber services and long-term care.
• Notify administration and nursing staff of incidents affecting residents or staff in the beauty shop.
