Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Cosmetology License or Barber License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with clipper cuts, short hairstyles, and foundational long-hair cutting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Consult with guests to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate services.
• Perform professional haircutting, barbering, grooming, and styling services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your workspace.
• Educate guests on products that support their hair and grooming goals.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing standards required by the State of Minnesota.
