Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Cosmetology License or Barber License.
- Experience providing haircutting, styling, grooming, or color services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence performing clipper cuts, fades, layered cuts, and modern styling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, styling, beard trims, and grooming services.
- Perform color services and recommend products when appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive shop environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
