Floyd's 99 Barbershop - Mankato is opening a new location in Mankato, MN and seeks licensed barbers or cosmetologists who enjoy creating great haircuts and building client relationships. The role offers a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment with no uniform requirements and opportunities to advance within a nationally recognized brand.

We provide weekly pay, hourly pay protection plus commissions, tips, and ongoing education and mentorship to help you grow your career in a high-traffic shop

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Cosmetology License or Barber License.
• Experience providing haircutting, styling, grooming, or color services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence performing clipper cuts, fades, layered cuts, and modern styling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, styling, beard trims, and grooming services.
• Perform color services and recommend products when appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
