Hair Saloon’s Cosmetologists and Barbers, known as PHDs (Professional Hair Designers), are the centerpiece of the customer experience for the men we serve. Your skills with scissors and clippers are matched by your ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident in your chair.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board.
• Experience in customer service, computer use, and cash controls is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures.
• Perform premium men’s grooming services to Hair Saloon standards.
• Assist clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and product for their needs.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members.
• Improve your craft through training and continuing education opportunities.
• Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon.

Compensation
