Qualifications

• CT State Contractor’s License required.
• Certificate of Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation coverage required.
• Ability to quote jobs accurately and promptly.
• Experience in drywall, painting, roof repairs, water/mold mitigation, leaks, gutters, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of Associa’s trusted subcontractor network serving Danbury, Milford and Torrington.
• Operate your own business and grow with a reputable property management firm.
• Maintain long-term relationships and scale workload as capacity allows.
