Responsibilities

• Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance: vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, oiling parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
