Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying to.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair within a salon environment.
• Strong communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all services on the menu to 100% guest satisfaction.
• Perform hair color services, styling, and related treatments per MR standards.
• Help guests select products and color; meet monthly sales and service KPIs.
